MONTEREY, Calif., Aug. 11/ PRNewswire/-- The Worldwide Tuner Grand Prix is honored to reveal that Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca is organizing the first ever Global Receiver Grand Prix, occurring Friday, October 22nd through Sunday, October 24th, 2010.

The International Receiver Grand Prix is a viewer occasion with leading professional performance tuners from worldwide contending at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The GTGP resembles Europe's Receiver GP and also Japan's International Lap Fight competitions but is the first of its kind in North America. This specific weekend is one of four no sound restriction Pro weekends at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
